An initial 50% reservation deposit is required to reserve this condo. Once received, we will consider the reservation confirmed and block off availability on the calendar. Final payment must be received at least one week prior to the start of reservation dates. Failure to make final payment by that date will be considered a cancellation and all deposits collected to that point will be retained.

Holiday reservation policy (for stays between 12/16-1/2): Full payment is due at time of reservation to reserve this condo (unless otherwise agreed upon by the owner and guest). Once received, the reservation is confirmed. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations that take place 60 days prior to start of reservation dates. Please note this is applicable to Holiday dates and rates ONLY.

A security deposit of $250 is required at time of full payment. Once confirmation that no damage has occurred, the security deposit will be returned.


Should you need to cancel at any time, written notification is required. Written notification given at least 45 days prior will result in a full refund, less a $100 handling fee, with exception of Holiday Terms noted above. For any reservation cancelled within 30 days of reservation start date, deposits will not be refunded. Failure to make final payment one week prior to reservation dates will be considered a cancellation and all deposits paid will not be refunded.

Note: Refunds will not be given for cancellations or changes due to Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm or other natural occurrences).


Unused accommodations due to: late arrival, early departure, No Shows for any reason whatsoever, are non-refundable. Upon arrival, if your accommodations are not as previously specified, you must immediately contact the owner. Failure to do so will waive any claim for non-conforming accommodations.


The number of guests, including children, is limited to the sleeping capacity indicated (8 total). Minors under the age of 18 will not be permitted to rent. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of deposit and/or rent. No loud parties, loud gatherings or illegal activities are allowed. Motor homes or campers are not permitted to hook up to utilities on any rental premises.


Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good standing. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. However, no rent refunds will be made for malfunctions.


Sorry, pets are not allowed in or on the condominium property premises. A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises may cause forfeiture of entire rent and security deposit and immediate tenant eviction.


Sorry, this is a non-smoking condominium and therefore smoking is not allowed.
